"I normally wouldn’t write reviews, but we just had enough. Be aware of This agency , they were extremely unfair to us .we were with this State Farm agency for more then 8 years, but every six months, our rates kept increasing even though nothing had changed on our end. Due to our busy schedules, we didn’t have a chance to shop around until a few months ago. Once we finally did, we found another insurance company that offered us significantly more affordable rates. And so we made the decision to switch ."

We also haven’t been in business for 8 years, which makes us think you may be confused with another office. Please feel free to give us a call at (816) 678-0749 we’d be happy to help clarify or point you in the right direction. Also, please keep in mind that individual agencies don’t control State Farm’s rates, but we do offer complimentary policy reviews to help our customers find the best options and savings available. If you were with our team, this is something we absolutely would have offered to you. We’d love the chance to help clear this up and make sure you’re taken care of."

"Have always received exemplary service from everyone at this office. We have our home and autos insured here with four drivers, including two through the teen years and beyond. Brian's office always presented us with coverage options to keep our premiums low. The same on our home coverage. They'll answer any and all questions to ensure we're getting coverage value that fits our needs. This meant showing premiums costs of various vehicles we considered before purchase. Recently we just had a great experience setting up renters' insurance for a child away at college. Again, all options and coverage levels were discussed so we landed on a great plan. Thanks to Sophie for her patient help. Have had great service from all of the staff over the years."

"My husband and I recently had an appointment to set up car insurance, renters insurance, and life insurance. We decided to bring our 19-month-old son along. Let me tell you, our little one was being Mr Bad Boy. He was on a mission to destroy the office and make his voice known. From the moment we walked in, Peyton greeted us with kindness and zero judgment. He was extremely patient, even when our son was full-on shrieking. Instead of looking annoyed or rushing us through the process, Peyton made an effort to engage with our toddler, let him play with a toy from the office (Pikachu squishmellow) thanks Bryan. Haha. "After 30 years with State Farm, this agency finally made me switch. They have no clue what they are doing and are very unprofessional. 3/20-called to ask what date I was paid up through on my auto policy because we were considering canceling. I was told that only Bryan handles cancelations and that she was new and couldn't answer my questions that Bryan would call me back. 3/24- withdrawal from my account of $300 for auto insurance for 3/24-4/24, no call back yet. 3/26- message left on my phone, not by Bryan, asking what date I was choosing to end my policy, that they wanted to verify with me when we wanted it to start. (I have vm saved). We already had our next month taken out of the bank so no rush calling back. 3/29- went on my Drive Safe & Save app to check and it said you have no eligible cars. Hmm? Went on website and under documents was a letter dated 3/31 (it was 3/29) saying my car insurance was cancelled effective 3/20. 3/31- Husband calls, no apology, all that was said was they had some new people working that weren't familiar with how things ran. He asked about our homeowners policy because we were never going to cancel that in the first place, and Bryan reassured my husband that it was active and would remain that way. 4/1- Husband calls to reverify that our homeowners is still active because it isn't showing up now, was showing up before and was once again reassured that it was active. 4/7- Check mail and there is a check from State Farm for the remainder of our homeowners insurance for the year because we were canceled. We ended up having to find homeowners insurance elsewhere, as it is a clause in our mortgage to carry it. I checked my mortgage company and they were notified that our policy ended on 3/20. We were never notified and even called twice to verify it was active. Two policies canceled without authorization, both paid and we were never notified. 4/10- Bryan Lopez responds to review. So disappointing that a grown, professional would lie. Bryan, we have phone records and recordings, there is no reason to be dishonest. The mature, professional thing to do is to just take responsibility and apologize. I do not recommend doing business here!"
"No one in my office would process a cancellation without being told to by a customer, it’s not in the customers or our agencies best interest. Our office reached out twice with no response from you for 11 days. We were told by you on the 3/20 that you wanted ALL your policies cancelled as of that day. You also would not tell us when your new policies were set to start, therefore we have no choice but to honor your request to cancel. I called on 3/21 and my office called on 3/26 with no response until 3/31. I spoke with your husband on 3/31 and confirmed the policies were cancelled per your original request. I told him the auto had already processed and the home was still in process. He then told me that the home was not supposed to be cancelled. I told him that we were told to cancel all policies as of 3/20. I told him I would reinstate the home, which we requested and I let him know that it would take some time to process and that he would still receive notices that is was cancelling and even a refund, but that it would be reinstated. He called in on 4/7 to let us know to cancel it, implying he understood that it was reinstated. I understand you feel this was not handled well and I can admit it could have been a smoother process, we had to honor your original request to cancel your policies on 3/20. "
